Medical tourism in Thailand brought an estimated revenue of approximately US$ 992 million in 2010. In 2020, 388,150 patients preferred Thailand to receive medical services. This was a notable drop from 2018, when 662,087 foreigners traveled to Thailand for medical care, due to the global pandemic.
